Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Product exchanges are not permitted.

For any return to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:

• not to have been used,
• to be in their original condition,
• to have all their tags and original packaging,
• and be accompanied by the proof of purchase.

Prior to any withdrawal request, prior contact with the company via email is necessary info@naira.gr.

Return and shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer and are paid directly to the courier company of their choice.

Cash on delivery and initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Jewellery

Refunds on jewellery are available within 14 days of the date of receipt.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned and no refunds will be accepted.

All other jewellery may only be returned provided it has not been worn and is in its original condition, complete with all accompanying items and the receipt.

Bags

Refunds are available on bags within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be accepted for return, the product must be in its original condition, without damage or signs of use, and be accompanied by the proof of purchase and its original packaging, where applicable.

Swimwear

For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptionally, and only in the case of a defective product or dispatch error, a replacement may be made following communication via email info@naira.gr, provided the product is in its original condition, showing no signs of use and with all accompanying items.
